LoanDidi (“LoanDidi”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a brand of 36 Forts Capital Private Limited, Ground Floor, Gore Parisar, Civil Lines, Raipur, Chhattisgarh - 492007. We act as a Lending Service Provider (“LSP”) and operate the LoanDidi website at www.loandidi.com and the LoanDidi app, which is available as an Android app and as a web app at app.loandidi.com (together, the “Platform”). Loans offered through the Platform are made by Collocate Merchants Private Limited (CIN U51109WB1995PTC070852), a Non-Banking Financial Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”), Certificate of Registration No. B-05.05188, registered office at 2A, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Commerce House, 5th Floor, Room No. 4A, Kolkata, West Bengal - 700013 (the “Lender”). LoanDidi helps you apply, verifies your details, and helps service your loan. The Lender alone decides whether to lend, and sanctions, disburses and holds the loan.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website, the Android app and the web app, and to any loan application you make through them. By using the Platform or submitting an application, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Our role

LoanDidi is a Lending Service Provider. We help you find a loan, apply, complete your verification, sign your documents, and stay informed. We also provide servicing support and, where the Lender authorises us, contact you about repayments. We are not a lender. The loan is sanctioned, disbursed and held by the Lender. The Lender's identity, and LoanDidi's role as its LSP, are shown on the Platform, in your Key Fact Statement (“KFS”) and in your Loan Agreement. Nothing on the Platform is an offer or promise of a loan. Every loan depends on the Lender's decision, applicable law and the Loan Agreement you sign with the Lender.

2. Who can apply

3. Your account and the information you give

4. How an application works

In outline: you choose an amount and purpose, verify your identity, give your address and work details, record a selfie and video, link your bank account, and ask for your offer. The Lender reviews your application and decides. If you receive an offer, the KFS shows the amount, the tenure in days, the interest rate, the annual percentage rate (APR), every fee and charge, the repayment amount and date, and the cooling-off period. You are not bound until you accept the offer, sign the Loan Agreement with an Aadhaar e-sign, and set up your repayment mandate. If the Lender declines, you can apply again after 60 days.

5. Loan terms, interest and charges

The loan amount, interest rate, APR, tenure, repayment date, processing fee, penal charges, mandate dishonour charge and every other charge are set by the Lender and disclosed in the sanction letter, the KFS and the Loan Agreement, under the Lender's Interest Rate and Charges Policy. LoanDidi does not set or change them, and does not add any charge of its own. If these Terms conflict with the Loan Agreement or the KFS about the loan, the Loan Agreement and KFS prevail.

Cooling-off (look-up) period. After the loan is disbursed you have 3 days to exit it, without any penalty, by repaying the principal and the proportionate annual percentage rate (APR) for the period you held the money. The processing fee deducted at disbursal is not refunded. Your Key Fact Statement and Loan Agreement state the exact amount payable on exit. After the cooling-off period, prepayment and foreclosure are as set out in the Loan Agreement.

6. Disbursal and repayment

If you accept an offer, the Lender pays the net amount into your verified bank account. You repay the Lender on the due date. Repayment is normally collected by an automatic debit under the mandate you set up (UPI Autopay or e-NACH). You can also pay through the payment options shown in the app. Keep enough balance in the account on the due date. A dishonoured debit or a late payment can carry the charges stated in your KFS, can be reported to credit information companies, and can affect your credit score. You can repay early; the KFS states whether any charge applies.

7. Communications

You agree that we, the Lender and the services working for us may contact you about your application and loan by SMS, WhatsApp, email, push notification and phone calls. Servicing and recovery contact is made on the Lender's behalf under the Lender's Fair Practices Code, politely and ordinarily only between 08:00 and 19:00 hours. Messages about your application and repayments are service messages. You can manage which marketing emails you receive from the email preferences page.

8. Acceptable use

9. Intellectual property

The LoanDidi name and logo, and the content, design and software of the Platform, belong to or are licensed to 36 Forts Capital Private Limited. You may not copy or use them without our written permission, except for your own personal use of the Platform.

10. Third-party services

To complete some steps the Platform opens pages of other services, such as DigiLocker, an Account Aggregator, an e-sign provider and Razorpay. Your use of them is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, but we share information with them only as the Privacy Policy describes.

11. Availability and our responsibility

We work to keep the Platform available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always run without interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, LoanDidi and 36 Forts Capital Private Limited are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, or from the acts of the Lender or any third party. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited, or any right you have against the Lender under the Loan Agreement. You agree to compensate us for loss caused by your breach of these Terms, by false information you gave, or by your breaking the law.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint, use the process below. It is the same process as in our Grievance Redressal Code, Privacy Policy and Fair Practices Code.

13. Governing law and changes
